Our engineers prepare detailed manufacturing documentation using the EPLAN system. The layout of all components is always reviewed and approved with you to ensure proper thermal management and clear accessibility for future maintenance.

Switchboard Production and Assembly Management
Switchboards are manufactured by our verified production partners in accordance with the approved project documentation. Throughout the entire process, we provide technical supervision, checking of wiring, labeling, and compliance with our quality standards.

Standard and Extended FAT Testing
Before shipment, switchboards undergo standard and extended FAT tests in the presence of our specialists and the customer. We verify wiring functionality, signal interconnections, and project-specific scenarios.

Switchboard Handover and Shipment Coordination
After successful completion of FAT tests, we coordinate the handover of switchboards for further integration and testing steps. We ensure seamless alignment between manufacturing, the customer, and other project participants so that the switchboards are delivered in full compliance with project documentation, logistical requirements, and the implementation schedule.
